-Assist the Principal in all day-to-day functions

- Collaborate with and oversee accounting and estimating departments
- Monitor budgets and update them monthly for customer pay applications
- Communicate with clients directly regarding budget, schedule, delays, change orders, selections, etc.
- Create, implement, and continually seek to improve procedures to ensure the business runs smoothly
- Boosted productivity by establishing effective communication channels between departments.
- Handle all AP & AR related matters, including creating and mailing cost-plus invoices to clients.
- Create all internal job files and binders.
-Meet with clients regularly to walk job site to track and document any changes and decisions made.
- Assist with permitting process, as needed.
- Work directly with Principal of company, as well as Project Managers, to insure that all materials are ordered and delivered on time according to each project’s schedule.
- Code AP invoices weekly and track budgets.
- Enter Change Orders, Purchase Orders, and Sub Contracts into accounting system.
- Visit job sites to document progress.
- Organize and track owner selections.
- Experience with creating and managing project schedules in both Microsoft Project & FastTrack.
- Create close-out binders for clients.
- Create forms for internal and external use.
