Directly responsible for all launch and series parts steering topics regarding BOM quality for the BMW TX-51 group involving vehicle powertrain, specifically with fuel systems and exhaust modules for LG and LK.
Validation of over 500 complex engineering documents per year via system tools to ensure SOP, boolean logic steering, vehicle model codes, etc. are verified for all current Plant Spartanburg vehicle projects.
Heavy collaboration between various cross-functional teams - Assembly Planning (TX-84), Material Planning (TX-12), Physical Logistics (TX-16), local and global Design Engineering (TX-54), assembly colleagues (TX-4), etc.
Ordering vehicle prototype parts to perform line trials as needed for BMW assembly to ensure no negative impacts to current process and vehicle design.
Maintaining satisfactory status in all client KPIs in regards to part obsolescence, vehicle rework, and assembly downtime.

Responsible for project setup of assembly line / warehouse containments of suspect automotive parts, complete with detailed sort instructions and price matrix service categories.
Serving as first line of contact for BMW for any potential project issues, providing swift feedback and corrective action to meet the fast-paced BMW assembly environment.
Heavy experience in creating quality alert QAs within BMW SAP, the creation and closure of SRIs within the qCAT system, and clear instructions for IPSQ entries of vehicle defects for the Formel D operations team.

Providing direct support to upper-level BMW Supplier Quality leadership in the MN Department.
Responding to post-production rework calls (avg. 40 per 10 hour shift) on various supplier-related quality issues found per vehicle audits and IPSQ system entries by BMW assembly.
Rapidly alerting BMW colleagues and numerous supplier representatives and determining to accept / deny the supplier quality charges based on root cause analysis.
Providing thorough documentation of all rework calls via Microsoft Powerapps with push email notifications.
Working efficiently and effectively with other team members to ensure rapid response to supplier quality calls, covering 8-10 miles per day on foot over the entirety of BMW Plant 10 production facilities.

TRIGO Group

Collaborated with upper-level BMW Quality Management to establish and maintain substantial contract work orders for Trigo Operations to perform quality sorts on suspect materials.
Responsible for 24/7 accuracy, maintenance, and quality of all work orders entered through the TrigoApps system as well as Quality Alerts in the SAP system within BMW Manufacturing.
Worked with Trigo Operations to ensure all quality containments can be carried out safely, effectively, and efficiently while not hindering BMW assembly processes.
Implemented all QDL processes and SOPs and developed new training documents to assist other team members of the QDL Project in furthering their own professional improvement.

Created, arranged, and updated detailed documentation for all work flow processes, troubleshooting techniques, and customer support information through a WordPress internal wiki website used company-wide.
Created/Updated new repair listings through www.circuitboardmedics.com via html coding, photo editing, and SEO to improve company sales through Google analytics.
Averaged 50 total calls per day from current and repeat customers ranging from new sales to post-sale troubleshooting.
Repaired, inspected, and tested various types of electronic circuit boards from customers, including hand soldering of electrical components, in-system programming, and use of various electronic diagnostic equipment.
