Moving rail cars in between yards, sidings or tracks

• Operate CAT 950 front-end loader used to shuttle material, Operate Vermeer CT718 Compost Turner. Grind and Screen green waste using Vermeer HG6000 Horizontal Grinder and a Doppstadt Trommel Screener using loader. Do all equipment preventive maintenance from checking and adding fluids to replacing parts that we are able to repair ourselves. Also have to do daily cleanup and maintenance at the end of shifts in order to be ready following day

• Operator of D10 dozer/Komatsu dozer to move coal and petcoke on required pile, then moved material to cogar feeder for transfer to vessel. Used Komatsu 600 and 800 front-end loaders to shuttle material around plant, also loaded railcars and outbound trucks. Used bobcat, holland skidsteer, CAT mini excavator to assist with cleanup around facility.Use of PLC system to monitor and control conveyor system as well as water cannon system. After transfers I helped maintain and wash down conveyors by greasing head and tail pulley, also check and track conveyor belts if needed. Did all required cleanup using shovel and hoses to be ready for next transfer.
