  • Operating/ Setting-up on Horizontal/Milling machines including, HAAS VF-1, VF-7, UMC-750. DMG Mori NH5000, SH400-403 and FADAL
  • Experience cutting titanium, steel, aluminum and various types of heat treated material. Machining Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing (GD&T) call outs. Maintaining tight tolerances up to .0003 +/-.
  • Figuring out new creative ways to fixture new coming jobs.
  • Working on 3+2 rotary tables and trunnions.
