Within the contract area, it ensures that all applicable contract documents, standard operating procedures and safety regulations are adhered to by all SHA and contractor personnel.
Provides technical support for the staff, field operation structure, contract administration techniques, and solutions to construction/engineering problems. Constantly evaluates employees' work for accuracy and monitors employee performance.
Supervises maintenance shop procurements within Washington/Metro Region. Provides oversight to all districtwide turf grass maintenance/tractor, hand mowing contracts, two and five person litter removal contracts, tree and brush contracts, herbicide application.
