Serve as the primary field service technician for a large number of customers throughout southwest Michigan. Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing a wide range of services including routine planned maintenance and responding to emergency service calls.

Traveling to customer locations to perform in depth troubleshooting and diagnosis of complex and intermittent electrical, mechanical and hydraulic issues. Performing on site repairs on hydraulic cylinders, valves, drive units, and related components. Detailed electrical troubleshooting on DC and AC, 12v-80v electric drive systems, including CAN bus communication, safety devices, sensors, wiring harnesses and electronic control modules. Utilizing diagnostic software and service tools such as detailed electrical and hydraulic schematics to perform troubleshooting and calibrations.

Perform disassembly and reassembly of Gas and diesel engines, Electric motors, intricate gearboxes, brake systems, and other drive train components to perform detailed inspections and repairs.

Performing accurate and safe operation of a wide range of industrial equipment

Full time warehouse work including unloading tractor trailers by hand or by forklift, organizing inventory and loading tractor trailers for delivery. Performing repairs and preventative maintenance on flower carts, automatic balers and wrapping machines
