*Assist supervisors with training on the floor.
*Put trainees under instruction in work cells when learning new jobs.
*Teach drawings to trainees to be able to assemble a finished product.
*Jump on lines from time to time to help make quota if need be.
*Go over work instructions with trainees to make sure they understand the job at hand.
*Cut tire hoses for lines when the production calls for it.
*Checked over trainees work by doing box checks to make sure the product is built correctly.
*Assist supervisors with whatever they need on the floor.
*Sign trainees off in work cells during rotation once they feel comfortable with the job.
*Update the tablet with new revisions that come out and explain that to trainees that have done the job.
*Conduct shift huddles before the shift to make sure everyone knew what they were expected of for the day.
*Motivated and empowered employees to do the best they could and gave recognition when they did a amazing job !!
*counted safe upon arrival to make sure money was all accounted for.
*Lead a crew on the daily to accomplish tasks such as cleaning tasks VOC(voice of customer) getting out food in a timely manner and correct.
*Performed a drawer count at the end of shift to make sure drawer was accurate before money was dropped in the safe.
*In charge of keeping track of inventory making sure the count of food in store vs computer was accurate.
*Dealt with employees when they had issues with other employees and or upset about a situation.
*Setup board on where to put people when i came in example(Drive Threw, Front Counter, line steaming, expediting finisher also had Long Johns (placing a employee in ljs also)
*Finding bottle necks and fixing them (slide and deploy) making sure if i saw a situation where food was not getting out fast enough i would slide and deploy myself or move people around to make production go smoother.
