• Supervised daily production operations/operators to ensure safety standards and quality is met.
• Triple checks barcodes, date codes, correct cans, correct packaging, correct pallets, and correct stack height of finished product.

After school job, worked Monday- Thursday.

• Collaborated with team members to ensure food/product was up to quality and made within the timely manner.
• Cooked on the grill, I was responsible for making all the meats and cleaning up after myself and others.
• Maintained cleanliness and organization of dining area, kitchen, and kitchen equipment.
• Assisted in training new crew members, showing them rules and regulations, how everything works.

It was a family business I joined, very small, the reason I left is because the owner passed away, I worked during weekends, Saturday and Sunday only.

• Worked as a team, building large and small warehouses for large company’s, Building gutters, also did storage repairs, demolition and repair.
• Hauling big equipment, and trailers, operating tractors, scissor lifts, picking up heavy equipment by hand.
• Worked in all types of weather, windy, dry, freezing cold and very hot temperatures, night and day. Worked with my team both separately and together.

• labeled and stored food and fresh ingredients in cooler or freezer to keep freshness.
• Prepared burgers for customers in a fast paced environment, cooking multiple types of food/dishes at once, scraping and cleaning grill.
• Changing/ cleaning oil traps, sweeping and mopping the kitchen to prioritize sanitary equipment and environment.
