Conducted an econometric analysis using panel data (1990–2023) to evaluate how minimum wage changes affect employment in the U.S. mining, quarrying, oil, and gas industry.
Conducted a large‑scale econometric analysis (272,000+) Florida HMDA mortgage application (2018), finding consistent evidence of a 3-4% higher denial rate for female applicants and significantly higher denial rates for minority applicants across probit and LPM models.
Analyzed BEA, FHFA, and Federal Reserve panel data (2010–2023) and found that U.S. housing price growth consistently increases real GDP in the construction industry, using log‑log models and instrumental variables.
