  • This included the large ASRS project in 2019 at the PDC building.
  • Additional responsibilities included the Canada Distribution Facility and the new Suzhou, China Facility.
  • Major Accomplishments:
  • Recipient of the 2018 Game Changer Award—one of only four company-wide honorees—for developing a timely and cost-effective solution to remove and install concrete at the FDC Building.
  • The solution addressed a critical oversight from the initial site visit and was instrumental in keeping the project on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinated the removal of two pick modules and the existing shipping sorter downlines with limited downtime at the PDC Building.
  • Saved over $1Million dollars by changing the conveyor layout and introducing a more cost-effective way of routing the conveyor system at the PDC in 2019.
  • Worked at our Canada facility to work out the fine details of a system that was installed two years earlier.
  • The system was not meeting rate, I was able to provide solutions to our operations team and vendors which corrected the system inefficiencies.
  • We saw a fifty percent increase in production within weeks of making changes.
