  • Responsible for managing the manufacturing process for the assembly of cables and harnesses to satisfy customer demand.

  • Improve the OTD from 84.8% in 2017 to 99.01% in 2022 by changing the Manufacturing Process from a Push System to a Pull System based on dates.
  • Improve the Manufacturing Lead Time from 4 weeks on average in 2017 to 2 weeks on average in 2022 in the SEMI Industry and from 8 weeks to 4 weeks on average in the Aerospace Industry by developing a Demand Vs Capacity projection chart with preventive action plans in accordance with the limit controls system implemented in 2020.
  • $475K in payroll savings in 2021 by improving production productivity from 51% in 2017 to 85% in 2021. This was achieved by developing a performance bonus program based on four main KPIs of each employee: quality, efficiency, productivity, and attendance. The program was implemented in combination with the Production Employee Level Program, which identifies different base salaries based on employees' technical competences and performance. This initiative ultimately helped to improve employee retention.
