  • Assemble the budget for the Crane and Rigging scope for a $200 million plant-wide TAR (approximately $13 million).
  • Work with Zone Leads to assign cranes in each respective unit based on individual unit needs and duration.
  • Enter data into IPS to document load weights, the crane used, configurations of the boom and rigging used, as well as Critical Lift Plans once approved.
  • Create and develop an estimating template to track costs by unit, as well as the overall cost for all crane and rigging rentals and personnel.
  • Prepare a cost comparison for TAR managers to review three vendors side by side, including labor and equipment rates broken down by unit and individual pieces of equipment.
  • Develop a crane and equipment schedule, including specialty rigging, rental rigging, and mats.
