• Provide aluminum welding and fabrication by fabricating, repairing, and installing steel components for truck beds, tarping systems, and cover assemblies, including hardware and support structures
• Interpret blueprints or work orders to understand welding requirements and system configurations
• Provide overall Preventative Maintenance on all equipment
• Operate machinery and tools, such as forklifts, cranes, hoists, grinders
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following safety protocols going above company standards.
• Perform as needed preventive and corrective maintenance: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment—this includes conveyors, pumps, motors, valves, hydraulics, etc.

MIG welding and tack setup on large truck frames involves preparing, aligning, and welding thick steel components used in heavy-duty vehicles

Clean and position framed parts using precise measurements and clamps. Apply tack welds to hold components in place to prevent movement or warping. MIG weld to create strong, continuous welds with deep penetration.

Laser operator small parts

Perform manual finish welding, operating robots, carbon arc cutting, sanding, and positioning with cranes.

Follow documented procedures and standard work to ensure safe, defect-free operations.
