My professional Summary will be very brief. I have held two full time jobs in my life. I was employed with Loyd's Electric Supply for six years as a Warehousemen stocking, filling orders and counter sales. I have spent the last 29+ years as Custodial Director at College of the Ozarks. I believe my history shows that I'm a very loyal employee.
I will always be honest with those above and below my position. I will voice my concerns while understanding my superior has final say.
I am responsible for all custodial maintance in the majority of the College of the Ozarks buildings.
I research and recommend annual budgets for my department.
I set schedules for staff and students. (CofO students work 15 hours a week to help pay their tuition). This requires scheduling around their class schedules. I schedule up to 65 students into 16 buildings.
I train staff and students as needed.
I maintain, repair, and replace all floor equipment on campus.
I am responsible for 16 campus buildings, five guest houses, 12 apartments, and several residences as they become vacated.
I am responsible for the set-up and removal for all major and smaller events including sporting events scheduled at the Keeter Field House and the Hook gymnasium.
I assist other departments as needed.
