Projects

Exhaust pressure interlock quality deviation investigation (Micron)

  • Led a root-cause investigation the primary contributor to impacted product quality for our area. Successfully coordinated with production and equipment area SMEs to implement equipment and process improvements resulting in no further quality impact for the second half of the fiscal year 2023.

Abatement reactor leak investigation (Micron)

  • Conducted an incident investigation into an event that resulted in the loss of containment of process gases and industrial waste. Effectively identified the PLC logic issue that led to the failure. Organized corrective action with the equipment vendor and presented findings to area leadership, resulting in no further incidents of this type.
