- Isolate or perform an independent reviewer on Red Tag Master System on equipment when maintenance is needed
- Load various emulsion products via tank truck and railcar while adhering to Dow operations procedure
- Verify product, tank destination, and fitment before offloading raw materials
- Check monomer delivery certificate of analyses to ensure inhibitor quantity are in spec and temperature are at desired value per procedure
- Isolate filtration equipment to replace filter bags, and strainer pots in accordance to Dow filtration guidelines on WEBEDMS
- Setup drain tank transfers by communicating with first floor operations, reactor technician, production schedule and drain tank transfers procedure
- Escalate all issues to Dow logistics technician and instant response leader
