A dedicated and passionate leader, excelling in team building and fostering a data-driven winning culture within IT. As an End-User Systems Manager at Jones Day, I've demonstrated a track record of implementing innovative strategies, optimizing operations, and driving exceptional team performance. My experience and commitment to excellence have not only ensured the seamless functioning of IT systems but have also empowered my teams to thrive.
My tenure at Jones Day is nearing the 17-year mark, commencing in 2007 as an Integration Developer within the Desktop Team, where my focus lay in Windows development, application packaging, and application deployment. My dedication and expertise led to a promotion to the role of Engineer, with a specialized emphasis on Desktop Security. Today, I take great pride in my current position as the End-User Systems Manager for the Firm.
In my current role I have a strong record of creating seamless end-user system platforms that meet our demanding global needs while meeting the constantly evolving security baselines. We've excelled in enhancing the lawyer-experience and system efficiency with each iteration. Our team's dedication to efficient implementation, as well as desktop, remote desktop, and mobile device management, coupled with strong cross-functional collaboration, has consistently delivered productive and secure work environments. I'm devoted to equipping my team with the training they need to enhance their skills, foster collaboration, and enable them to make the most of technological resources. I embrace a central position in fostering secure, efficient, and innovative workspaces that align with the ever-evolving demands of the Firm.
