Summary

I worked at warren paving for 8 years working my way from the bottom up. I started at cleanup with shovel, water truck, and skidsteer. I moved to haul truck, then to loading barges and drafting barges. Moving my way to running a loader feeding a jaw crusher and pulling from a trommel. After a couple of years i moved to QC checking the quality of our rock going to our customers, and the quality of rock coming out of are crushing plants. I then moved to Logistics where i was keeping track of our barges where there were at the time, well over a 100 barges and about 15 boats using tow works. From there i moved to leadman running a small crew of 10 to 12 people, coming up with a plan to where people need to be and finding the best ways to keep people safe and making the best numbers of overall tons from the plants as well as putting out as most barges we possibly could. I then moved to Night shift supervisor where i had 2 leadmen and a crew of 30.
