I've worked in many different environments and handled all matters of sorts in my near 15 year working experience.
As a video editor, i learned a litany of skills in Final Cut Pro from multi-cam edits for a slew of corporate events, to stylized music videos for many different clients. I've endured many long working days, sometimes working 10-16 hours depending on the event at hand.
In my 10+ years as an editor, i established a strong work ethic that such a profession requires, working long days on dense, complex projects.
As a Target employee, I learned a great deal on how to work with and assist all kinds of different people. Retail welcomes all sorts of guests from many different backgrounds, race, religion and orientation. I've accumulated skills to accommodate everyone, and do my best to cultivate an inclusive and welcoming environment for not just the guests, but co-workers too.
As far as the work itself goes, i have learned a multitude of different skills that this company provides. I can go from assisting a guest at Guest Services, to picking and packing an order (akin to warehouse work) within the same hour. I do all of these things effectively in stride, with a positive and friendly demeanor.
Overall, I'm an extremely flexible, hard-working, and task oriented individual that works tirelessly for himself, for the good of the team, and for whatever the task at hand may be.
I shoot, record, and edit videos for Youtube! While this isn't a profession per se, i still think it exemplifies the skills i possess in an editing sense while also demonstrating my lighthearted character.
