Hobbies

An intriguing game of billiards is much appreciated and once in a while I can play for hours on in.


When it comes to fitness activities basketball, cycling, LA Fitness workouts or just working out at home you'll find me putting in my time. Recently, I started a new routine I call 'Bursts', which are five to ten minute exercise periods done randomly through out the day. Bursts target a specific muscle group. Then back to what I was doing. I have found this to be a great relief and stimulating.


The thing here is that my friends and colleagues know they can count on me to be a workout partner.


Then, of course, there's technology and a fondness for gadgets and emerging technologies that serve mankind. You'll find me reading or sampling various productivity software packages as time permits. So, let's go workout.
