  • Provided professional experience in analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and forms using Adobe LiveCycle, AEM, Workflow, Forms Designer, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Reader, XML, HTML, and JavaScript.
    • Provided JavaScript for confirming data, and developing automatic calculations for the form. Fields such as calculating total amounts or percentages.
    Created, edited, and published new and existing interactive, non-interactive, static, and dynamic PDF forms using AEM Forms Designer 6.5.
    • Developed PDF forms for both internal SharePoint access forms, as well as public-facing forms repositories. Public-facing forms need to be Section 508 compliant, with mandatory accessibility testing followed to ensure compliance.
    • Analyzed and quickly decided Form Owners or Stakeholders' business requirements before the Forms Development was underway. (The goal is to achieve a successful deliverable turnaround time.)
    • Authored many documents to set up and create resources such as style guides and best practice Form Design steps for quality knowledge transfer content in shared access.
    • Provided mentoring and guidance to Junior Adobe (AEM) Forms Designer/Developer also working for ChESS. Knowledge-Transfer is Ongoing.Meetings are conducted daily with different CBP Forms customers to virtually troubleshoot forms and discuss Form business requirements in live working sessions..
    • Drupal Certified by the CBP Web Console team (posted updates to forms unpublished over to OPA review for publish status). Over 100 items have been successfully transitioned by my own Drupal ability.

• Served as Sr. (AEM) Lead Developer in DHA forms diverse and challenging deployments.
Lead the conceptual and technical design of the workflow, and implementation of Adobe AEM forms, and integration of disparate Military Treatment Facility (MTF) forms using object-oriented design techniques and common integration patterns.
• Provided DHA J1 with successful deliverables in building and supporting a Forms Repository Solution and Ingestion Workflow solution that uses Adobe Enterprise Management (AEM) Forms Server solutions for the entire DHA workforce.
• Served as Sr. (AEM) Technical (SME) that oversees and keeps all aspects of the server deliverables while individually working on 10 servers that live within a Citrix lab with 10 virtual machines in the three environments (DEV, QA/Stage, and PreProd) before going Prod.
• Served as Sr. (AEM) Forms 6.5 Server Administrator. In addition to successfully installing 10 AEM servers in two formats, (AEM) Windows Services and (AEM) JBoss Application Server installations, responsibilities also include Java updates, AEM Service Packs, and patches that are found needing to be applied to each server.
• Served as Sr. (AEM) Technical (SME) Subject Matter Expert who oversees and mitigates the remediation needed on the 10 servers as part of a prerequisite for scans that are ongoing to identify and remediate vulnerabilities found in scans provided by the hosts of the servers (MC2/DCOPS) that are part of DHA J6. Functioned as Sr. (AEM) Lead and AEM Technical Developer within Business Process Re-Engineering team for Chenega, supporting (DHA) Defense Health Agency’s J1 Forms Administration Branch.

• Ongoing Analysis and Development: Reviewed 600+ CBP existing Forms and found and corrected digital signatures on 60+ CBP Forms built by the former CBP Forms Contractor.
• Ongoing Development: Refreshed/Rebuilt 150+ existing Forms found that were poorly designed.
• Development: Created 75+ new Forms that were approved to become authorized CBP Forms posted either internally or externally.
