Developed and executed visual content creation for the ContentLAB, a team within Takeda Global Communications:

• Engaged stakeholders across multiple teams and business units to deliver compelling and insightful visual stories to be published on internal and external channels including myTakeda employee site, Takeda.com corporate site, corporate LinkedIn channel, company-wide newsletter, and digital screens in Takeda offices around the world.
• Coordinated video shoots with Takeda leaders and production agencies from inception to completion.
• Managed scheduling and execution of on-site interviews with the use of production equipment such as cameras, microphones, and lighting.
• Edited video content aligned with corporate distinctive positioning strategy.
• Ensured timely approval of content by coordinating with legal team during the publication process.
• Created impactful videos highlighting company initiatives, disease awareness, employee spotlights, and leadership communications.

• Wrote articles to accompany videos for both internal and external channels.

Spearheaded the design and creation of webpages for internal and external content:

• Worked in close coordination with colleagues to design and manage content pages on myTakeda employee site as well as Takeda.com corporate site.
• Streamlined visual layout, article structure and photo selection process

Additional responsibilities:

• Created and maintained a visual content library in collaboration with the digital analytics and insights team.
• Assisted in enhancing video projects across multiple departments by modifying existing content to meet stakeholder requirements.

• Played an instrumental role in the launch of a new NBC affiliate by coordinating efforts in branding development, producer recruitment, on-air talent selection, and graphics creation.
• Managed a team of 10+ producers and writers, overseeing the development and execution of daytime newscasts. Responsible for approving scripts, selecting/arranging stories, and coordinating graphics/videos daily.
• Conducted annual performance evaluations and communicated merit increases and bonuses to team members.
• Collaborated with colleagues from multiple stations (NECN, NBC Sports Boston, Telemundo Boston) to ensure seamless coordination of daily content.

Won Boston/New England Emmy Award for Outstanding News Producer in 2012.
