· Serve as a Lead HSE consultant to provide HSE operations support to Appalachia construction projects group for Shell Oil Company.
· Function as the direct link between field Safety Technicians and Shell HSE operations. Provide guidance to ensure Technicians are applying Shell HSE management system requirements with the contractors.
· Provide continual audits and recommendations to ensure contractors are maintaining equipment and policies within Shell guidelines.
· Responsible for tracking and auditing Safety Technicians documentation, compliance, and communication between operations and HSE staff and contractors.
· Tasked with ensuring a variety of contractors from facility construction to pipeline are educated and in compliance with Shell required policies and procedures.
· Collaborated with a team of Shell company representatives to foster the creation of ideas that will allow HSE Technicians to have the guidance and resources to meet HSE contract specifications.

· Assist new employees with I9 and W4, and other new hire paperwork requirements.
· Assist field supervision in the implementation of job specific safety plan.

· Provide any specific training for co-workers such as equipment, confined space, and Haz-Com.

· Maintain accident records for all OSHA recordable or reportable incidents.
