As a video Shader/Engineer doing the relief position, I supported coverage of all courts indoor and outdoor. I addressed issues that may arise like overcasting, sunshine, and day to evening adjustments. Using my fine eyes and attention to detail to recognizing color and image variation and adjust the cameras so they match.

Operation of all production matters, setup, and execution of the UN General Assembly. Day to day changing positions; Video engineer/operator, ETC Icon lighting Op, Camera Op, TD, video shader, robotics camera, boom mic operator, conference rooms and special events.

I am responsible for the shading all six cameras for in studio and outdoor segments. Color correction of all monitors and props for game show elements. I work side by side with the LD to achieve a successful interpretation of the performing artist's vision.

Video shading, operating ETC lighting board, and calibrating monitors in all areas through consistent patrols regarding overall picture quality and video adjustments so that the broadcast signal, such as the color and black levels, falls within broadcast standards.

Remote Production at Rutgers University
Rutgers vs. Wisconsin men's basketball game. I assisted the crew in transferring production equipment from the truck to the Arena. I ran camera cable lines two stadium's patch bay and to the referee's playback table. Assuring that all cameras were shaded for optimum color and unifying all the cameras. I color corrected monitors to receive the best matching signal. Re-patching mobile cameras for interview segments during the game.

As a video/robotics operator, my tasks include, but are not limited to, setup and operation of six robotic cameras, remote feeds, monitor shading. Maintaining the integrity of a live to tape and sometimes live, conversational program. I had to think ahead, foreseeing the next shots before they are requested, to keep the flow of conversation going without stopping down, for up to 58 minutes with up to six guests at the roundtable.

Serve as a facilitator between management and staff. Provide technical administrative supervision to freelance and production staff. Troubleshoot video production equipment, training freelance staffers on how to operate and navigate through the different show formats. Daily operations included chipping and set up all seven robotic cameras, operating ETC Icon lighting console programming elements.

My job functions included chip cameras, communicating with remote feeds to ensure optimal standard signal quality, color match Plasma, and LCD monitors for O'Reilly Factor; Hannity and Fox and Friends. I was also responsible for routing, patching cameras, prompters, and tally lights.

My work duties included, patching cameras, color balancing cameras to keep the unified look and feel shows. Calling lighting cues and set designs for studio Plasma. Overseeing and maintaining lighting and design and setup.

Summer Concert Series: One Republic. Excused the chipping and shading Multi-HD cameras, to an outdoor environment. Assist with set-up and break for camera equipment. In Studio operation, support the set-up and operation of the cameras. Strong working knowledge of the menu structure of cameras and ability match them with minimal effort. Coordinating with the lighting director to achieve maximum picture quality. Patch out cameras for switching between the studio and outside segments.
