  • Developed policies, strategies, and programs for the acquisition, assignment, training, and professional and leader development for the Functional Area 59 (Strategist) as well as Department of the Army Civilian (DAC) Career Programs (CP) 60 (Strategic Planning and Foreign Affairs) career fields. Responsible for all written communication to Army and National Guard senior leaders on FA 59 and CP 60 activities.
  • Responsible for the Functional Area (FA) 50 (Force Management) as well as Department of the Army Civilian (DAC) Career Programs (CP) 26 (Manpower and Force Management).   • Graduate of the US Army War College's Basic Strategic Arts Program (BSAP). BSAP trains officers newly designated into Functional Area (FA) 59 (Strategist) to the unique skills, knowledge, and behaviors that provide the foundation for their progressive development as Army strategists.
