Summary
I have been a professional drummer and teacher for roughly 25 years. I’ve learned how to get along with people very well and contributed to the success of some great bands. I’ve done plenty of studio drumming, and have helped people make their music come to life by being adaptable. I’ve had a rich teaching career and have very much enjoyed working with people and sharing my passion for music and drumming.

I’ve been a professional drummer since about 1999. I’ve been in North Carolina this whole time and I’ve played with many people in the state and beyond. Touring all over America Canada and Europe. The first group that I played with from 2002 to 2006 was Yeproc recording artist Countdown Quartet.
I was original member of the rock band the Old Ceremony out of Chapel Hill beginning in 2004 and I left the band in 2020. From 2019 to 2024 I toured with with Chatham County Line. I’ve done tours with Sandra Bernhard. I’ve also toured and recorded with Judy Collins. These are the main people, but I have played with countless people in the area in the studio and on stage.
