Driven by my passion to build things since a young age, I have spent my career doing so in a way that allows me to enjoy and benefit from my acquired knowledge yet continue learning while doing so. At this stage of my career, given my level of experience and knowledge in the trades and building processes, I feel taking on a leadership/management position within a larger, reputable setting, fits my need to be progressive in the industry and my personal life as well.
As a general contractor and owner of Adena Design LLC, I have spent the last 5 years, along with my partner, acquiring building lots in Berkeley Springs, WV, designing, building, and selling small custom homes. From permits and blueprints, to turn key and settlement, I was personally responsible for every aspect of the process.
Working as a sole proprietor during this time, I utilized my knowledge and skill set to complete various types of projects. From restaurant remodels to constructing custom light fixtures, I have been fortunate to enjoy a wide range of challenges as a carpenter and leader within trades. Some of these include the following:
-The Log Cabin Restaurant
-The Black Knight Restaurant
-Gary and Joel's Barber Shop
-Envy Studio
-The Lepore Building (162 E King St)
-Restoration and remodeling of 1791 log cabin
located in Providence Township
-Metro Express (former Bridgeport location)
As a partner in Naumann Hall Builders, we constructed mid size, semi custom homes in the Lancaster area. We were a participant in the 2005 Parade of Homes with our build located in Fawn Hill Estates in Millersville.
A majority of this time was spent framing new homes and additions.
