Summary

I am a well-rounded officer and experienced nurse, leader and mentor. Along with seven years of prior service; I have worked inpatient, outpatient and broadened my knowledge with Cadet Command. I am an adaptable soldier and have filled many different roles outside of my assigned duty. I fully believe in servant leadership. In order to be successful, great leaders should also be great followers and willing to get their hands dirty when necessary. My true passion as a leader is seeing my soldiers go beyond what they thought possible and accomplish things they never felt they could. I believe in affecting my circle of influence in a positive manner that will motivate others to do the same. I believe in the ability to multi-task and being a multipurpose officer. I continuously strive to expand my knowledge base and experience as an officer and as a nurse so I can assist those around me to develop their careers and work to the top of their abilities. I look forward to the opportunity to work for you and your unit and continue to develop myself as a leader, an officer and a nurse.
