I started at the tin table in the part cleaning department. I learned all the positions in that dept. I was to disassembly. I mastered all of the different engines there. Then I was transferred to the dyno to test engines. During those 5 years I learned a lot and took on several responsibilities.

• Conducted regular inspections of machinery to identify any potential issues or malfunctions.
• Set up tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges and other related parts for use in production operations.
• Provided training assistance to new operators on proper machine operation techniques.
• Used hand trucks and forklifts to unload, load and transport items.
• Complied with environmental regulations when using, dispensing of, or handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials and waste.

I sold a house and used some of the money to buy a gutter machine to use with my boss at the time. Ghan Construction built new homes and remodeled. The construction company was struggling so i went out on my own to be a gutter company. It was always successful but i eventually wanted a more secure profession.

• Managed daily operations of the business, including staff, sales, inventory, and accounting.
• Maintained relationships with vendors and suppliers in order to secure favorable terms on materials and services.
• Monitored financial performance of the business on a weekly basis to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Used excellent verbal skills to engage customers in conversation and effectively determine needs and requirements.

Prime was hard work and good money but very demanding physically. I was taking 12 hrs in college and working 12 hr shifts. Prime was my first experience in the corporate world and I learned a lot bout co-existence.

• Inspected tires for defects and wear, measured tread depth and determined need for replacement.
• Replaced worn tires with new ones of the same size and type.
• Balanced wheels using electronic machines to ensure even tire wear.
• Repaired punctures in tubeless tires by patching or plugging holes with rubber materials.
• Maintained inventory by loading and unloading tire shipments with fork lifts and clamp trucks.
