During my tenure at TherapyNotes, I have worked primarily on the advancement of our digital health platform's Telehealth and Secure Messaging features.

These areas are critical to our mission of providing secure, accessible, and efficient healthcare communication solutions. Meeting the high standards of healthcare privacy and security while also offering an intuitive and seamless user experience.

• Ticket Management: Prioritizing and resolving tickets from JIRA board with a focus on timely and quality deliverables.
• Collaboration: Partnering with product team to refine project requirements and suggest enhancements. Also, leading cross-team collaboration early and often when need arises.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting thorough local testing, setting up unit and integration tests, and documenting detailed notes to assist QA team in efficient validation of developed features.
• Agile Participation: Actively contributing to daily stand-up meetings, weekly grooming sessions for ticket feedback and estimation, and taking a lead role in bi-weekly retrospective meetings to identify areas for team and process improvement.
• Operational Support: Participating in two critical rotations—handling hotfixes to promptly address and resolve issues, and performing a 'firefighter' role, monitoring error logs and site performance using tools like DataDog, Kibana, and Portainer to ensure optimal application performance and reliability.

• Worked with software development team members and leadership to design and develop robust solutions to meet client requirements for functionality, scalability and performance
• Effectively communicated project completion and updates to stakeholders and leadership, including demonstrating new functionality on a regular basis to ensure smooth adoption and integration into project workflow
