Customer Service

Having worked for the Walt Disney company for a number of years, I gained a multitude of skills and customer service abilities. From assisting guests with faulty reservations in their day, to ensuring a crying child was laughing before they left, I assisted in making customers feel happy and cared for. I pride myself on making sure any guest I have an interaction with is left with a positive mindset and a desire to return and utilize our services in the future. Carrying that knowledge with me into my current position as a Valet Runner, I can confidently say that not a day goes by where I don't put my skills to use in making sure a guest is taken care of and provided for. Whenever a guest approaches me with a problem they are experiencing, I take a moment to listen so I can understand and plan how to respond, then I proceed to assist them, offering multiple opportunities for their feedback to ensure they get the desired outcome. Ensuring guest safety and enjoyment is one of the most fulfilling parts of my day. Being as empathic as I am, the guests joy is my joy.
