Having worked for the Walt Disney company for a number of years, I gained a multitude of skills and customer service abilities. From assisting guests with faulty reservations in their day, to ensuring a crying child was laughing before they left, I assisted in making customers feel happy and cared for. I pride myself on making sure any guest I have an interaction with is left with a positive mindset and a desire to return and utilize our services in the future.
