My focus is, and always has been on building and fostering relationships in all facets of my work whether it be internally with my colleagues or externally with clients.

Personal relationships build trust and confidence, particularly when you can interact in-person. 'Showing up' is huge.

I'm also always forward-thinking on ways to grow and improve the companies I work for as this is a way to both stay-motivated as well as survive in a constantly changing and competitive business world.

I've been told I 'wear many hats' as my areas of proficiency in the business and manufacturing world are wide and continually growing.

My charisma, optimism, communication-skills, and frequent desire to problem solve and improve processes and behaviors tend to lead to colleagues and clients gravitating toward me. In other words: I bring people together.
