Daniel Hesslau

I currently head the 3D Department with the title of Director of 3D Project Management at LCP Media. In this role, I manage a team of Project Managers based out of Chicago as well as work directly with our overseas 3D production team. I am a task oriented team player with a positive track record in leading and managing people and projects.

During my time at LCP Media, I have accomplished the following:

• Entered a new work space at an entry level position and was able to work my way up to the Director of the Department.
• Implemented new Project Management software for both client and internal use.
• Managing my own projects + implementing new workflows to improve project outcomes.
• Work with our international production team to deliver high end 3D renderings to our clients.
• Assist all 3D Project Coordinators/Managers with their projects and obstacles they may face along the way.
• Focused on client satisfaction and maintaining positive brand optics.
• Standardized what a 3D project looks like from inception to delivery.
• Work with other departments to brain storm and launch new products and offerings.

• Function in the role of a 911 Paramedic on an Advanced Life Support ambulance in the city of Chicago
• I was promoted to the position of "Paramedic in Charge" (P.I.C.) within the first two years of being hired as a Paramedic.

• I functioned as a 911 Paramedic who responded to various emergencies within the City of Gary Indiana.

• Provide emergency medical care at MacNeal Hospital's Emergency Department functioning as a Nationally Accredited Paramedic.

• Provide 911 response, treatment, and transportation for the Cicero Fire Department as well as the surrounding suburbs as an Advanced Life Support Emergency Medical Paramedic.
