Oversaw personnel qualification program to ensure quality maintenance standards on 40 assigned aircraft worth $9B.

- Oversaw 90 Airmen across 14 specialties in support of operations on 11 F-16 aircraft worth 435 million dollars. Directed over 2,000 maintenance actions that contributed to the squadron winning Air Combat Command’s Maintenance Effectiveness Award in 2017. Additionally, served as Lead Production Superintendent for 9 airshows, managing 40 personnel through 27 demonstrations. These efforts upheld the 66-year tradition of no shows cancelled for maintenance and earned his recognition as the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Maintenance Professional of the Year in 2018. Furthermore, while deployed to Colombia, liaised with engineers to source local materials in order to repair fuselage damage caused by a bird strike, ensuring completion in less than 48 hours to prevent the aircraft from being stranded internationally. Finally, managed 6 aircraft phase inspections that returned 2,400 hours to the fleet, keying him as the Lieutenant General Leo Marquez award winner in 2019.
