Detail clean inside and outside the store, making sure there is no trash or dirty spills anywhere
Organize equipment and food supplies
Pressure wash the whole area of the store.
Filter the oil in our fryers, making sure to change the oil and clean the fryers' equipment inside and out
Unloading the truck and organizing the goods we bought for our store
Checking the O2 levels to make sure there won't be an explosion or leak happening in the store
Cleaning vats and going up the roof to make sure the wiring on the machines is correct, and inside the store, too.
Telling our GM if there are any problems, what we can do to fix our store, and helping employees work more easily
Manage the other maintenance worker, telling them what they need to do and how to do it if they don't understand
Do personal PM, the GM gives me, which is just personal maintenance, so it's the harder stuff, the other maintenance can't do like heavy lifting, and climbing ladders, and deep cleaning the freezer
