Curates, manages, and oversees all communications between SCOS, its parishioners, and the public. Responsible for:

• Brand management, marketing, and public relations
• Graphic design and digital & physical content creation
• Website management, SEO strategy, and social media management
• Designing, writing, editing, and publishing weekly 10-page Bulletins, digital newsletters, Communications Policies, and Emergency Plans
• Photography and photo editing, videography and video editing
• IT management in coordination with our IT Service Providers
• Coordinating with the Executive Director of Communications for the Catholic Diocese of St. Petersburg on Diocesan Communications Initiatives
• Overseeing and serving 30+ volunteer Ministry Leaders.

Provided post-sale, end-to-end workflow support to ensure effective advertising campaign delivery for Spectrum Reach clients. Responsible for:

• Entering orders for linear and digital advertising schedules
• Managing campaigns by reviewing and revising inventory effectively
• Monitoring campaign progress
• Performing advanced campaign metric reporting

Wrote, edited, and proofed copy whilst collaborating with the Marketing and Translation Departments to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, assisted with Data Entry and file organization.

Wrote and submitted copy for marketing case studies, multi-platform social media posts, industry funnel emails, and marketing video outlines. Rewrote and edited existing copy as needed.
