Summary

Promoted to Fire Captain in 2020 and spent several years before acting as a relief captain being moved around and given an interim position before being promoted. Fire service background includes 15 years of progressive career fire service experience. Over the past 15 years progression through the ranks and being an essential team member during departmental growth have been part of it. Goal setting and investments in myself and career have been great accomplishments. Consistent effort has been made to better myself and gain more knowledge in areas such as leadership, operations, training, fire and life safety/community risk reduction, administration and many other facets of the fire service.
