During my military tenure, I honed my ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, effectively managing resources and personnel to achieve mission objectives. My experience encompasses my work as both a leader and subordinate. As a team leader, I understand the importance of communication, teamwork, decision making, adaptability, and calmness under pressure to achieve an overall objective. As a subordinate I understood that every person plays a role that in turn, leads to a bigger goal or objective being met.

In the construction sector, I have applied my skills to excel in various roles, demonstrating proficiency in framing, blueprint analysis, and heavy machinery operation. Whether overseeing site logistics, coordinating with subcontractors, or ensuring adherence to safety protocols, I prioritize efficiency, quality, and safety in all endeavors.
