Summary

Versatile professional and hands-on leader motivates, coaches and trains employees to drive progress toward project and company milestones.

I am extremely eager but also very humble in the work place, knowing both leaders above me and team members on my crew have strong ideas. I implemented new safety standards along with the Kaizen Cycle at ThyssenKrupp. I also introduced a variation of the same cycle at Texas Roadhouse to increase productivity.

While working with Hittle I introduced a new training and safety program to help increase productivity among crews by making sure each team member had the proper training and safety etiquette before they started in the field.

At PRG I raised a bottom 3k store to the top 25 in the company by implementing inventory planning, food cost techniques and a detailed attention to operations and guest satisfaction.

Self taught plenty of technical and IT knowledge, I have been building computers for almost 4 years along with seeking personal education on basic IT tasks like troubleshooting, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Google docs. etc.

I pride myself on my analytical thinking and problem solving skills and seek constructive criticism so I can continue to better myself everyday.
