- Oversaw team Ohio’s statewide canvassing operation of over 100 canvassers
- Was responsible for overseeing payroll of canvassers every weekend
- Additionally, I created and implemented much of team Ohio’s canvasser bonus structure
- Organized and traveled to door launches with canvassers across the state of Ohio
- Joined in on and participated in candidate interviews for potential Ohio state representatives
- Played a key role in delivering Ohio for Senator-Elect Moreno
