Learned and still learning more about the equipment and process of welding to get a better understanding of how best to continually improve support for on-site welders.
Perform quality checks on xmt350 welders and dynasty 350 welders to ensure proper functioning.
Repair or replace parts on either style machine whenever necessary.
Research new equipment as well as reaching out to vendors to see what is out there and if it can create a safer or easier environment or work situation for my guys.
