Capstone Project – Company Write-Up and LBO Model.
- Completed a private equity capstone project involving a full investment memo and leveraged buyout (LBO) model for a target company. Delivered findings and valuation output in a live presentation to the firm’s senior partners, showcasing investment rationale, return sensitivities, and risk factors.
NPS Analysis Project.
- Conducted a comprehensive Net Promoter Score (NPS) analysis at The Riverside Company, reviewing 92 client survey responses to uncover the root causes of dissatisfaction. Categorized feedback into People, Process, and Technology themes, revealing that 46% of negative sentiment was process-related. Created detailed Pareto charts, dashboards, and insights that were presented directly to the fund’s Managing Partners to inform strategic decisions on client service improvements, and retention initiatives.
Churn Analysis Project.
- Performed a churn analysis across portfolio company customer data to identify key drivers of client attrition. Built cohort retention tables, segmented customer feedback, and highlighted churn risk factors, contributing actionable recommendations to improve renewal rates and customer lifetime value.
SQL and MQL Analysis Project.
- Analyzed Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to assess funnel conversion performance and pipeline health. Identified lead source efficiency, closed-won/lost ratios, and discrepancies in reporting, leading to improved forecasting and marketing attribution strategies.
