Proud Navy Combat Veteran that served during Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. I'm a Manager/Administrator that uses the undergraduate degree in Professional Psychology to assist in the understanding of personalities that best fit the community as well as staff. This allows to get the fullest out of myself and everyone that works for the community. Then using the Masters of Public Administration for the success of the Stakeholders to maximize community productivity.

City of Holdrege, NE May 2012 - August 2017

Hired as a meter reader, reading water and electric meters. This included maintenance, install and repair of water and electric meters. 

Promoted February 2013 to Water/Sewer Operator.

Promoted May 2013 to Water/Waste Water Foreman.

Operated a WWTP which had 3 different plants within one. Aerobic Process of 2 massive oxidation tanks. Trickling filter plant and then the solid waste processing plant that turns sludge into cake for safe land application dispossal. 

Water main repair and construction. Repaired damage water main as needed and successfully read engineering plans while installing over 5,000 feet of new water main for residential and commercial development. This included water taps and new fire hydrants. Main ranged from 6 to 10 inches in diameter. Services ranged from 3/4 to 2 inch.  Equipment ranged from excavator, backhoes and skid steers, and of course shovels. 


YMCA of the Prairie Holdrege, NE August 2017 - November 2019

Facilities Director, Maintenance and repair of 2 facilities within the YMCA.

Fundraising and grant writting to assist in funding the YMCA.
