I've been doing roof for about 14 years which I've learned a lot and I've developed work very well
I started out working in the field as a labor and as they saw how I handled the job, I was promoted to be the foreman's right-hand man. I was with him for five years, and then I was given the position of foreman over a group of five; things went great for us, and I learned a lot more.I really enjoy learning and listening—that’s what it’s all about—so I can do things properly and safely.
