Daniel Laracca

My father is a self-employed carpenter specializing in repair work, tiling, drywall, etc. In my time away from education I assist him when need be. I have been helping my father since middle school and I currently help my father to this present moment.

Duties include:

• showing up to jobsite on time/setup.
• assist with repairs, gutting, renovation, etc.
• prioritize safety.
• work efficiently.
• ability to communicate with customers or anyone present.
• operation of power tools.

During this seasonal (full-time) position with Aquarion Water Company, I was given a company vehicle and was assigned to patrol designated areas to ensure property owners were following their mandated irrigation schedules. This position was part of Aquarion Water Company's Irrigation Demand Management (DM) program and I was assigned the town of Newtown, Bethel, and Darien, Connecticut. I was tasked with stopping to photograph properties that were irrigating on non-irrigation days then upload the address and photo to a microsoft form.

• Assisted in daily operations to enhance member experience and service quality. Daily operations included: cleaning and staging of carts and cart barn, picking and cleaning practice range, maintaining bag room, readily available to assist member needs.
• Provided exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Maintained cleanliness and organization of facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
