MY GOALS FOR EACH STUDENT ARE:

• Establish a relationship with parents, teachers, students and the principal through continuous communication that will assist me in identifying and developing each student`s gifts and learning style. When I noticed that my most gifted students were not being served, I became certified in the Gifted/Talented program at Region III. I started a Gifted/Talented Program at our school.
• Develop a love for reading so that each student can read at a 3rd grade level by the end of the school year.
• Encourage students to increase their social skills by working in groups and developing problem solving skills.
• By spending so much time getting to know each student, and constantly asking the parents questions, I am able to develop an individualized educational plan for each student.

• Strengthened community ties through consistent, friendly interactions with customers along assigned routes, fostering trust and positive relationships between the postal service and its patrons.
• I completed my route in a timely fashion in all conditions-rain, heat, cold and the darkness of night.

• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Worked effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
• Awarded Army Commendation Medal.
