Run daily CIP(clean in place) or SIP(steam in place) certification cleaning procedures. Mix weekly batches of coffee creamer blend. When aseptic machine is running, fill bags, load bags into planos, shrink wrap and sort product into totes. Package product into cases and properly stack on pallets.
First 12 years worked as swing shift extrusion operator on various plastic production lines. Ran multiple lines by myself. Starting and shutting down extruders, indexing plastic from 5mil to 80mil. Making die adjustments, changing dies, cleaning and changing chill rolls. Checking gauge calibrations across the sheet. Packaging rolls and banding pallets. Double checking orders and paperwork.
For past 4 years switched to night shift lead rewinder. Operated multiple rewinder lines reprocessing large rolls into smaller rolls and repackaging. Operated fork lifts moving product and supplies to lines.
