•Operate, tend, repair and maintain all boiler house and compressor house equipment used to generate and meter steam and compressed air.

•Install, operate, inspect, repair, maintain, test and adjust air conditioning, refrigerating heating and ventilating equipment and controls.

•Read, record, repair and calibrate steam, air, water and gas meters and pressure reducing valves.

•Repair and maintain condensate system and all boiler house and compressor house equipment.

•Treat, clean and repair water recirculating systems.

•Test and adjust boiler water for alkalinity, solids concentration etc.

•Maintain powerhouse logs such as boiler room reports and chemical charge reports.

•Prepare boilers and unfired vessels for annual state inspections.

•Monitor CO levels in air supplied to the plant.
