Gear boxes and oil pumps, rebuilt the air and Hydraulic chill water suction and discharge pumps and 3000 psi valves and tested for function and pressure, set turban veins and pitch actuators, aligned discharge pumps and compressor motors, installed new burner actuators, burners, nozzles, and bodies. Performed maintenance on the air and Hydraulic PAC (Powder Activated Carbon) mills and silos. tear down and rebuild on Hammer mills, set and tested the Draft Control Valves and Coal Feeders. Repaired and replaced Draft Control Valves on Precipitator and Economizer Ducts. Repaired and tested Hydraulic Ammonia injectors and P.A.C. injection valves and compressors, repaired 14 Scrubber 48" Hydraulic valves. Tore down and reinstalled Sulfuric Acid Distribution Tank with valves, pumps, and pipes. Expected to maintain all Hoisting Equipment, Fork lifts, Man lifts, Small Hydraulic cranes, and on the 60 and 100 tons Groves (large hydraulic rubber tire cranes). Arch gouged all the AR 500 hard face shields in high temp areas, bowl mills, super heat ducts, and burners. Welded stainless steel deflector shields and super heat tubes and economizer turning veins and around expansion joints and classifier veins. Fabricated over head crane frames and installed 32 reconditioned 10 ton cranes. Fabricated seven 316 stainless steel Potable Water Eye Wash Systems, which is equal to 33,796 feet. I was then laid off when job was completed.

Routed instrumental tubing to instrument gauges from floor 17 to floor 2 control room. Ran diagnostics on Hydraulic and Air control systems plant wide and lead rigger. I was then laid off when the job was completed.

Changed out all heat ex-changers, operated overhead crane, installed catwalks and handrail, and relocated nine stories of stairs on fifteen units. Rebuilt air per-heaters and cut out and reinstalled the entire precipitator duct on fifteen units. Rebuilt coal crushers. I was then laid off when job was completed.
