Started my career from scratch learning the names of tools to the point I am now nearing the end of my apprenticeship with a high knowledge and experience of residential and commercial wiring. My first company I cemented my residential skills but I knew I needed to get experience in commercial as well. That’s when I decided to leave and go to my next company. I’ve been shown to be a quick learner and adapt to the environment around me.
• Ran cable trays for power distribution from main panels to branch circuits.
•Assisted in the planning of new installations by studying customer requirements and following approved specifications.
•Worked with a variety of materials including PVC conduits, copper wiring, aluminum wiring and MC cables.
• Cut openings in walls or floors to accommodate the passage of pipes or electrical conduit using power saws or cutting torches.
